Event/Room Request Form

Please limit requests to one event per form. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Hillary Jones, 404-365-1067.

Requests should be submitted no later than 14 days prior to the event.

All alcohol use must be approved by the Dean of the Cathedral, the Very Rev. Sam Candler, 404-365-1031. Use of alcohol in the Lanier House is strictly forbidden.
