Parents Morning Out
Monday—Friday, 9 a.m.—1 p.m.
We offer a childcare program open to all children from 3 months to up to 4 years old, whether or not you are members of the Cathedral. We operate basically following the school calendar of The Cathedral Preschool, except that we open with Atlanta Public Schools in early August.

Before you bring your child to PMO at the Cathedral, follow these 3 easy steps:
This is where we collect information about your child, like their allergies and who is allowed to pick them up. Once you register and are accepted into our system, Tingr will send you an email requesting your immunization records, which are required. This step, which you only need to do once for the year, also includes the $45 registration fee.
2. Make daily reservations through Sign Up Genius.
Make these reservations as early as possible, as we do sometimes fill up. Children may come to PMO up to 8 hours each week. We are open Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–1 p.m.
You can also pay at the kiosk in the Atrium, or by cash or check. $40 for first child and $30 for each additional child, per day.
If a child shows any signs of illness (fever, vomiting, diarrhea, persistent cough, rash, etc.), they should not be brought to Parents Morning Out. Children should be free of the above listed signs of illness for at least 24 hours before he/she can return to the program. Additionally, if a child’s nose must be wiped three times within a 15-minute period, the child is too ill to be in attendance, and we will call for the child to be picked up. No medications will be dispensed to children while in the Parents Morning Out program. The only exception is parent provided epipens.
We expect to be able to reach a parent or a person otherwise designated by the parent in a timely manner should an emergency occur. If no one can be reached, emergency medical care will be provided through 911. All caregivers are CPR certified.
In the event of a tornado, severe weather or crisis while children are in our care, we will follow emergency procedures outlined by the Cathedral of St. Philip. Inclement weather days will not be made up. We will follow Atlanta Public Schools’ during inclement weather days.
In the event of a fire, children will exit the building via predesignated exits for their location at the time.
In the event of power loss in the building, parents will be contacted and, if necessary, children will be relocated to an area in the building with emergency lighting.
Parents should provide all snacks and lunches, as applicable, for their own child. Only water will be available from the caregivers. We are a nut free facility. Additionally, foods that may be a choking hazard should not be sent into Parents Morning Out. We do have the ability to refrigerate foods as well as warm them up as needed.
If a child has special needs that we are not equipped to appropriately provide for, we reserve the right to refuse service to that child.
Parents will provide all wipes, diapers, sippy cups, and extra clothing as necessary for their child. All items belonging to children should be clearly labeled. Appropriate cleaning of toys will take place daily or as needed.
For Cathedral Preschoolers Only
For children only staying for the additional hour while a sibling is in preschool, a separate rate is offered. This is a flat, non-refundable fee, paid in advance of the semester, with no cancellations or transfer of days.
On teacher conference days, reservations may be made for 30 minute increments. The rate will be $10 for the first child and $5 for each additional child.
