Week of Wonder
June 7-11, 2010
9 a.m.—12 p.m.
Mini-WOW: $45
Children who are not yet 2 by March 1, 2010 enjoy playtime with our loving caregivers. Limited space is available, with preference given to the children of volunteers.
WOW Egypt: $45
Children who will be 2 years old by March 1, 2010 through rising 4th graders will go back in time to Ancient Egypt to experience Joseph's Journey with age-appropriate story time, crafts, music and more.
WOW Service Squad: $45
Rising 5th and 6th Grade students take a detour from traditional VBS activities and spend a week serving others in the broader community. Credit for community service hours for school, scouts, and/or honor societies is available.
WOW Youth and Adult Volunteers
Rising 7th Graders through grandparent volunteers are needed to make WOW a success! From a quick trip to Party City for supplies to a week spent nurturing the children of our church as a small group leader, there is a way (and a need!) for every youth and adult to be involved in Week of Wonder. We can't do it without you, so please prayerfully consider how you will be involved this year and let us know that you are willing to help!
Please submit one form per family, making sure to provide all medical information and a t-shirt size for each participant. Once you've completed this form, you'll be asked to make a secure on-line payment of $45 for each child participating in Mini-WOW, Preschool WOW, Elementary WOW, and Service Squad. This covers the cost of curriculum, supplies, caregivers, and a t-shirt.
Scholarships are available through Mary Hunter Strange, 404-365-1082.
The deadline for registration is May 9.
